潍坊滨海科技创新园（科创园）总体规划面积25平方公里，以“生态优先、创新引爆、三生融合”为整体规划策略，按照生态和城建6:4的比例建设，打造三大水系，延伸构建三大中心绿地、形成三湖环绕的科创园生态底色，与山东（潍坊滨海）海洋大学科技园、中外合作产业园一体推进，融合发展。

With a planning area of 25 square kilometers, following the planning strategy of "ecological priority, detonated, good fusion innovation" and according to the ratio of ecology to urban construction 6:4, Weifang Binhai Science and Technology Innovation Park have three drainage and three central green lands, forming the features of three lakes around and integration development of (Weifang Binhai) Ocean University Science Park and Sino-foreign Cooperative Joint Industrial Park.

潍坊滨海科创园集中布局高新技术产业和科研院所，重点打造数字经济、金融服务、人工智能、电子信息、生物医药、新能源、新材料等功能板块。目前，科创园已聚集山东海洋科学研究院、山东（潍坊）海洋经济协同创新研究院、中科（潍坊）新材料技术研究院、生物医药研发中心等一批实力雄厚的科技研发平台，潍坊中关村智库科技有限公司、潍坊滨海蓝色双创电商基地、北京理工华汇（潍坊）智能机器人有限公司、潍坊天锦汽车制造有限公司、山东冀凯装备制造有限公司、山东迈特莱斯金属表面科技有限公司等60多个项目已建成运营，鼎向超算中心、新迈尔、诺康医疗、苏州华锦芯片测试封装等10余个项目正在建设推进。区内15所中、高等职业院校，8万学生可为科创园各类高新技术产业和科研院所提供较强的人才智力支撑。

Weifang Binhai Science and Technology Innovation Park concentrates on the layout of high-tech industries and research institutes, focusing on building digital economy, financial services, artificial intelligence, electronic information, biological medicine, new energy, new materials and other functional sectors. Right now, the research institutes like Shandong Marine Science Research Institution, Shandong (Weifang) Marine Economic Cooperative Innovation Research Institute, (Weifang) New Materials Technology Research Institute of The Chinese Academy of Sciences and Biological Medicine Research and Development Center have already established. More than 60 projects, such as Weifang Zhongguancun Think-tank Technology co., LTD., Weifang Binhai Blue Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, Huahui (weifang) Intelligent Robot of Beijing institute of technology, Shandong Jikai Equipment Manufacturing co., LTD., Weifang Tianjin Auto Manufacturing co., LTD.and Shandong Maitelaisi Metal Surface Technology co., LTD. have completed and been put into operation. Tens projects like Dingxiang Supercomputer Center, Xinmaier, Nuokang medical and Suzhou Huajin Chip Testing and Packaging are under construction.15 middle and higher vocational colleges with more than  80,000 students can provide strong intellectual support for various high-tech industries and research institutes.

双创中心

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base

双创中心按照“团聚资源、共创共享”的理念建设，建筑面积约5万平方米，总投资3亿元。双创中心的定位为小微高新技术项目的承接平台和科创类独角兽及独角兽上下游配套企业的孕育中心。双创中心秉承共享理念，共享服务、共享设施、共享空间，为新创办的科技型中小企业提供物理空间、基础设施和服务支持，降低创业者的创业风险和创业成本，提高创业成功率，促进科技成果转化，培养成功的科技企业和技术人才。目前，已有中科院化学所潍坊化工新材料研究院、中关村智酷人才与科技产业创新基地、中法5L无人驾驶汽车、滨海蓝色双创电商基地等20多个高新技术项目落地。

电子信息产业园

Electronic Information Industrial Park

电子信息产业园由滨海城建集团投资建设，占地约1000亩，总建筑面积约47万平方米，总投资约50亿元，主要落户集成电路、电子信息、超算中心、IDC、软件开发等项目。目前已有投资2.5亿元的液晶显示器驱动芯片先进测试封装项目、7.5亿元的鼎向滨海超算中心项目和2亿元的5G基础设施建设项目落户。
Invested and constructed by Binhai Urban Construction Group, the Electronic Information Industrial Park covers an area of about 1,000 mu, with a total construction area of about 470,000 square meters and a total investment of about 5 billion yuan. The park is mainly located in integrated circuits, electronic information, supercomputer center, IDC, software development and other projects. At present, it has invested 250 million yuan in the advanced test and packaging project of LCD display driver chip, 750 million yuan in the dingxiang binhai supercomputer center project, and 200 million yuan in the 5G infrastructure construction project.

数字小镇Digital Town

位于潍坊滨海区海汇东路以东、长江东路以北，总投资4.5亿元，占地190亩 ,总建筑面积15万平方米，餐厅、商业、室内运动场及大型停车场等基础设施配套完善。小镇以落地发展数字产业为主，主要包括数字金融、人工智能、电子商务、企业总部等。已成功申报2019年度山东省服务业特色小镇培育单位。目前，理工华汇（潍坊）智能机器人有限公司、新迈尔产教融合等项目已落地。
It is located in the east of Haihui east road and north of Changjiang east road in Weifang Binhai district, with a total investment of 450 million yuan. It covers an area of 190 mu and a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. It has included supporting facilities such as restaurants, commerce, indoor sports ground and large parking lots.The town mainly focuses on the digital industry, including digital finance, artificial intelligence(AI), e-commerce, corporate headquarters and so on.It has successfully applied for the cultivation unit of service characteristic town in shandong province in 2019. At present, Science and technology Huahui (Weifang) intelligent robot Co., Ltd, Xinmeier integration of production and teaching, and other projects have landed.

研发中试基地

R&D Pilot-base

研发中试基地，总体规划面积约3000亩，囊括产业承载区、生活配套服务区等，其中一期占地400亩，投资12亿元，建设面积31万平方米。基地依托滨海金控集团丰富的金融业态，打造“基金岛”金融高地，提升金融服务能力，目前与深圳科技园、北京中关村龙门加速器、苏高新集团、菜根科技等产业园运营及创新型服务机构建立战略合作，已入驻天津大学潍坊滨海生态研究院、潍坊旭晟东阳动力等科研项目。

通用航空产业园

General Aviation Industrial Park

滨海区通用航空产业园位于滨海科创园内，预留土地空间10000亩，项目一期计划投资45亿，围绕通用航空机场集中布局商务飞机、大功率无人机、航空发动机及航空动力研发中心。前期与美国、意大利和俄罗斯等多个国家的航空项目进行了洽谈，目前部分项目已完成尽职调查，正在进行并购磋商。通过项目的持续发展、配套的不断完善和“航空动力研发中心”的辐射带动，把滨海区打造成为“中国通用航空产业核心制造基地”和“军民融合航空产业示范基地”，为抢抓新一轮产业变革机遇，构筑经济增长新动能提供支撑。
Binhai general aviation industrial park is located in binhai science and Technology Park, with a reserved land space of 10,000 mu. The phase one of the project is planned to invest 4.5 billion yuan.In the early stage, it has negotiated with aviation projects in the United States, Italy, Russia and other countries. At present, some projects have completed due diligence and are conducting merger and acquisition negotiations. Through the continuous development of the project, the continuous improvement of supporting facilities and the radiation of the "Aeronautical Power R & D Center", Binhai District has been built into a "core manufacturing base of China's general aviation industry" and a "military-civilian integrated aviation industry demonstration base", with the aim to seize the opportunity of a new round of industrial transformation and provide support for building new momentum for economic growth.
